 A cuvée full of freshness and minerality, composed of 80% Clairette, with a hint of Roussanne and Grenache Blanc. Vinified in stainless steel vats to bring out the delicacy and saline side of the Clairette as much as possible, along with a beautiful tension from our sandy and flint soils.
